Alaves and Elche Eye Nigerian Striker Umar Sadiq

Two Spanish La Liga clubs, Deportivo Alaves and Elche, are reportedly interested in signing Super Eagles striker Umar Sadiq.
Sadiq was not part of Real Sociedad’s plans after returning from his loan spell at Valencia, and the club has put him on the transfer market.
The 28-year-old striker prefers to remain in Europe, despite interest from Qatar, and is looking to relaunch his career.
Elche is preparing a loan offer for Sadiq, who is under contract with Real Sociedad until 2028.
Sadiq’s market value is estimated at €5 million, according to Transfermarkt.
