AFN Appoints Gabriel Okon As New Technical Director

The Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) has appointed Gabriel Okon as the new Technical Director and head of its technical committee.

This appointment was announced by AFN President Tonobok Okowa during the organization’s inaugural meeting.

Okon replaces Samuel Onikeku in this role.

The committee includes experienced professionals such as:

– Solomon Aliyu

– Victor Okorie

– Oluyomi Oladimeji Sule

– Lekan Soetan

– Fatima Yusuf

– Prof. Ken Anugweje

The committee is expected to utilize their expertise to elevate the AFN to new heights.

AFN President Tonobok Okowa assured that the secretariat would provide administrative support to ensure the committee’s effectiveness.
