FIFA President Gianni Infantino Leads An Array Of Birthday Wishes From Across The World For Amaju Pinnick.

FIFA President, Gianni Infantino leads an array of birthday wishes from across the world for FIFA Council Member, CAF Executive Member and former NFF President, Amaju Melvin Pinnick (MON).


Pinnick, a charismatic Football Administrator was born on the first day of December 1970 and has since then grown to become one of the best Football Executives in Africa and beyond.


Federation of International Football Association (FIFA)President Gianni Infantino, Confederation of African Football (CAF) Supremo Patrice Motsepe, Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President Salman Bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa and many others across the globe, all has showered encomiums on former Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Amaju Melvin Pinnick as he marks his 53rd birthday anniversary on Friday, 1st of December 2023.


“May this special day be filled with happiness and may we continue to work together for the future of the beautiful game that unites us.


With this letter, I would also like to thank you wholeheartedly for your trust, commitment, contribution and support to the development of our sports and the promotion of its value in your country, in Africa and around the world”. Infantino said, in letter signed by him.

Similarly, the President of CAF, Patrice Motsepe also felicitated with the Nigerian-born FIFA Council Member: ” Thank you very much for the advice and guidance that you always provided as a member of the CAF Executive Committee and for the excellent work that you are doing to develop and grow football in Nigeria and on the African Continent.”

The Asia Football Confederation Boss, Salman Bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa in his words :

Amaju Melvin Pinnick was elected into the FIFA Council in March 2021, after a landslide victory over Malawian FA President Walter Nyamilandu. He is the third Nigerian elected into the prestigious council, after Oyo Orok Oyo and Amos Adamu.
