Ondo State Commissioner For Sports Redeploys Sunshine Queens’ Team Manager

The Commissioner for Sports and Youth Development, Hon. Saka Yusuf-Ogunleye, as part of his efforts to restructure teams under the Ondo State Football Agency (ODSFA), has approved the redeployment of the Team Manager of Sunshine Queens, Kehinde Odogun and appointed a new one.
Odogun has been deployed to Sunshine Stars U-17 team, while the former team Secretary of Sunshine Queens and current Welfare Officer of Remo Queens, Toyin Tawa Akeju has been appointed as the new Team Manager for Sunshine Queens.
This is contained in a statement made available to newsmen on Wednesday in Akure.
Also, some of the club officials are reassigned as follows; Rose Obamuyi as Club Secretary, Olakitan Oladele is now kit manager, while Vivan Emmanuel has been redeployed as Camp Commandant and Nike Adekunle as Assistant Coach 1.
The newly appointed Team Manager is to act as welfare manager of the team.
Odogun has been directed to submit valuable documents of the team in his possession, while the agency has been directed to move the team out of the Hotel to a private residence with immediate effect.
It would be recalled that the female team was sent on relegation after suffering defeat from Remo Queens.
Also, as advised at the recently held stakeholders meeting, the technical crew of the two teams will be reduced for effective performance and to minimize wastage.
