Hradec Kralove ace Okeke Ebuka Kelvin has received an invitation to join Nigeria’s U-20 national team, a testament to his outstanding performance in the youth league.
Ebuka Kelvin, a product of Emiloju FC in Lagos, has been making waves with his impressive stats, scoring 15 goals and providing 10 assists for Hradec Kralove’s youth team.
His exceptional performance earned him a promotion to Hradec Kralove team B.
Emiloju FC’s chairman, Alhaji Musiliu Jimoh, expressed his excitement over Ebuka’s invitation, saying, “I am elated that Okeke Ebuka has been invited to Nigeria’s U-20 national team ahead of preparation for the forthcoming U-20 World Cup.
”Ebuka is an exceptional footballer whose abilities cannot be quantified.”
The Nigerian U-20 national team, also known as the Flying Eagles, is gearing up for the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile.
The team has qualified for the tournament, along with other African nations, including Egypt, Morocco, and South Africa.
The Flying Eagles are determined to make a mark in the tournament, having finished as runners-up twice in the past.
Nigeria U-20 will play their next match against Norway U-20 on September 29, 2025, in the U-20 World Championship.
