NPFL:Imama Amapakabo To Remain At Abia Warriors Despite Kano Pillars Interest ‎

‎Abia Warriors have officially confirmed that Technical Adviser Imama Amapakabo will remain at the club for the 2025-26 season.

‎ This comes after reports emerged that Amapakabo was linked to a move to Kano Pillars.

‎According to Abia Warriors Media Director, Solomon Igwe, Kano Pillars attempted to poach Amapakabo, but the experienced tactician has committed to staying with the Umuahia-based club.

‎”He’s with us. He didn’t join Kano Pillars as alleged,” Igwe said. “No rancour whatsoever. It was Kano Pillars that went behind to poach. But it’s all in the past now. We move.”

‎Amapakabo is currently preparing Abia Warriors for the upcoming season, and the team is expected to be competitive in the NPFL.

‎The confirmation of Amapakabo’s stay is a boost for the club, and fans can look forward to another exciting season.
