Kunle Soname Rewards Remo Stars With N25 Million For NPFL Title

Remo Stars, the reigning champions of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), have been rewarded with a cash prize of N25 million for their historic title win.
The reward was announced by the club’s chairman, Kunle Soname, during a ceremony held at the Remo Stars Stadium.
In addition to the team’s reward, midfielder Adedayo Olamilekan was recognized as the Sky Blue Stars’ Player of the Season and received a brand-new car.
This gesture highlights the club’s commitment to acknowledging and rewarding outstanding performances.
The celebration didn’t stop at the NPFL team. Nigeria National League (NNL) side Beyond Limits received N5 million for their recent victory at the Gothia Cup in Sweden.
Remo Stars Ladies, who reached the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Super Six playoffs for the first time in the club’s history, were rewarded with N10 million.
The Sky Blue Stars supporters’ club was also acknowledged with a cash award of N2 million, demonstrating the club’s appreciation for their loyal fans.
