Rinsola Babajide is thrilled to have been included in the Super Falcons’ squad for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
Babajide is one of 11 debutants in the squad and will represent Nigeria for the first time in a major international competition.
The 27-year-old expressed her joy on social media, thanking fans for their love and support.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion star took to the social media to celebrate her invitation.
She wrote on X, “Guyssss, I’m going to my first senior major tournament!!! it’s the greatest honour knowing I’ll be representing my country at the African Cup of Nations!! Thank you for all the love & support up until this point! God did @ngsuper_falcons.
