The teams that will play in the next phase of the prestigious MOB Unity Cup Season 2 have started emerging as more will emerge in the coming days.
The MOB UNITY Cup has reached the knockout stage in Ado Local Government and Ekiti West Local Government while the finalists in Ekiti West local government are expected to emerge this weekend.
On Friday , knockout matches in Ado Local Government will see Delight FC slugging it out with Christ Followers FC while Zion FC will tackle White Horse FC same day and Sam venue just while in the girls category, De Light Queens will tackle Challenge Queens with all matches slated for the Christ School Football pitch in Ado Ekiti on Friday November 29.
Adico Grammar School in Aramoko will also be busy on Friday as teams that will battle for the final tickets in Ekiti West Local Government will slug it out with one another.
The Ekiti West fixtures are Covenant FC versus Dove FC and United Ile-Ona versus Alara FC while United Queens will tackle Best Leg Queens in the girls category.
Teams that will contest in Ijero Local Government boys final are Ijero United FC and Wisdom FC while the girls final will also be decided this week.
VOA Queens of Iyin Ekiti emerged champions in the female category in Irepodun Ifelodun Local Government after beating Oba Ademola Ajakaiye Memorial Babes also from Iyin in the final match decided last weekend while the boys final match will be between EKSU Galacticos and Samba Boys FC just as Team MOB will face Igede FC in the third place match.
In Efon Local government , Isaja FC emerged winners of the boys category after beating Obalu FC in the final.
