‎Super Eagles forward Terem Moffi has emerged as a transfer target for Turkish giants Besiktas and Portuguese powerhouse FC Porto as he pushes for an exit from French Ligue 1 side OGC Nice before the close of the current transfer window.

‎According to reports, the 26-year-old striker is keen to leave Nice following a difficult period at the club, which has seen his relationship with the fans deteriorate significantly.

‎Moffi was reportedly assaulted by supporters last November after Nice’s 3–1 defeat to his former club, FC Lorient, an incident that has had a major impact on his time at the club.

‎Since that unfortunate episode, the

‎Nigerian international has not featured in any competitive match for Nice, further fueling speculation over his future.

‎ Moffi is understood to have already initiated the process for the termination of his contract as he seeks a fresh start away from the French Riviera.

‎Besiktas are closely monitoring the situation and have identified Moffi as a potential replacement for Tammy Abraham, who is expected to complete a move to Premier League side Aston Villa.

‎The Istanbul-based club believe the Super Eagles striker fits their attacking profile as they plan for the remainder of the season.

‎FC Porto are also in the race, with the Portuguese giants reportedly looking to bolster their attacking options and viewing Moffi as a viable addition to their squad.

‎Despite his off-field challenges, Moffi has managed to score two goals in 10 league appearances for Nice this season, underlining his quality and experience at the top level.

‎ With interest growing across Europe, a move away from Ligue 1 appears increasingly likely for the Nigerian striker in the coming weeks.
