CHAN:Nine Remo Stars Players Named In Super Eagles B Squad

NPFL champions Remo Stars have had nine players named in Eric Chelle’s final Super Eagles B squad for the 8th CHAN tournament, which will take place in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda next month.
The players include Junior Nduka, Sodiq Ismail, Alex Oyowah, Qudus Akanni, Sikiru Alimi, Michael Tochukwu, Haruna Hadi, Jabbar Malik, and Olamilekan Adedayo.
The Remo Stars players will be joined by other talented players from across the country, including goalkeepers Henry Ozoemena Ani (Enyimba FC), Nurudeen Badmus (Kwara United), and Mustapha Lawal (Shooting Stars).
The squad will be led by experienced coach Eric Chelle, who has selected a balanced team with a mix of youth and experience.
The CHAN tournament is scheduled to take place from August 2 to August 30, 2025, in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Nigeria will play their first two matches against Senegal and Sudan at the Amman Stadium on the island of Zanzibar, before taking on Congo at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
