Jefferson-Wooden clocked a time of 10.75 seconds, edging out Alfred by a mere 0.02 seconds, with Alfred finishing second in 10.77 seconds.
Marie Josee Ta Lou-Smith delivered a strong performance, securing third place with a season’s best time of 10.90 seconds.
Favour Ofili made her Diamond League debut, finishing fifth in 11.09 seconds. Sha’Carri Richardson, who made her first appearance of the season, finished ninth with a time of 11.19seconds.
