Rwanda Appoint New Head Coach Ahead Of World Cup Qualifying Match Against Nigeria

The Rwanda Football Federation, FERWAFA, has announced the appointment of Adel Amrouche as the new head coach of the Amavubi.
The Algerian takes charge of the team from German tactician, Thorsten Spittler.
Spittler left the post following the expiration of his contract.
Amrouche’s first game in charge of Rwanda would be against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matchday five encounter will hold at the Amahoro Stadium, Kigali on Friday, March 21.
The 56-year-old last handled the Taifa Stars of Tanzania.
He has also managed Burundi, Kenya, Libya and Botswana national teams.
