Sporting Supreme of Abuja edged Sokoto United by a lone goal.
Tijani Abdullahi netted the goal for the Abuja-based side.
Beyond Limits pipped Madiba by two goals to nil in South-west derby.
Olamilekan Adegboyega scored the opener for the Ikenne-based side while Kparobo Ahierhi doubled the lead in the second half.
Aliyu Nurudeen reduced the deficit for the Lagos-based side late on.
Ikorodu City and Inter Lagos played a one-on-one draw in the last match of the day.
Cole Ayomide netted for Ikorodu City while Babatunde Omosebi curled in the equalizer for Inter Lagos.
Hostilities resume on Monday.
