Bet9ja ODFL: Raw Gold, Ashysam FC Zoom To The Final

Raw Gold Sports Academy of Akure and Ashysam FC of Okitipupa are through to final of 2023/2024 Bet9ja Ondo State Football League competition.

Raw Gold had defeated Ijapo Ages Star FC 2-1 in the first semi final match of the competition with the first half of the game ending 1-1.

The second half of the encounter, which was a cagey affairs, had Raw Gold scoring the all important second goal in the dying minute of the encounter to qualify for the final.

Also Ashysam FC defeated Elite FC by a lone goal after scoring the goal in the first half that led to the team winning the game and qualify for final.

The Head Coach of Raw Gold, Gold Busayo said he was happy with the result and advancement of his team to the final.

He said his team will win the encounter to ensure the glory of the competition is brought to his team.

The Head Coach of Ijapo Ages, Adeola Adetomiwa, said it was a game of football, which was either win or lose.

He said his team would plan to be victorious in the third place match of the competition.

The Proprietor of Ashysam FC, Samuel Asogbon, said he was happy to be in the final of the competition out of over 60 teams that participated in the team.

He said his team would win the encounter to take the glory to Okitipupa local football council.
