Adeyemi FC Bolsters Squad with New Signings Ahead of the 2024 Football Season

Ibadan’s professional football powerhouse, Adeyemi FC, has reinforced its squad with notable acquisitions in preparation for the upcoming 2024 football season.

The signing ceremony, held at the club’s headquarters in Oluyole, Ibadan on Saturday, January 13, 2024, was a momentous event attended by the entire club staff, including President Abiodun Adeyemi.

The latest additions to the team include highly skilled players such as Ajekiigbe Sunday, Sheikh Sam, Ogunbode Timothy, Abiodun Adeyemi, Ayoola Lateef, Agbaje Isiaq, Olayiwola Habeeb, Azeez Sakir, Bello Opeyemi, and Falana Olarewaju.

During the unveiling, Head Coach Kolawole Emmanuel, known as “Coach Drey,” extended his congratulations to the new recruits, highlighting the significance of commitment and determination for their personal growth within the team.

Coach Drey emphasized that the fresh talents would collaborate with existing team members to strengthen the squad, maintaining impeccable standards while passionately representing the club.

Club President Mr. Abiodun Adeyemi, affectionately called “Baba Abe,” warmly welcomed the newcomers, assuring them of a promising future and urging them to persevere. He underscored the club’s dedication to nurturing dedicated and determined footballers.

Adeyemi FC of Ibadan will kick off its 2024 football activities in the Ibadan Football Council league, facing Adewale SC in a match scheduled for January 21, 2024.
