Fatai Osho has reportedly quit his position as head coach of Nigeria Premier Football League club Akwa United.

The Promise Keepers have struggled under Osho’s tutelage this season.

The former NPFL champions have recorded three wins in 14 league matches this term.

Sunday’s 1-0 away defeat to Heartland was his last game in charge of Akwa United.

The Uyo club are languishing in the bottom half of the NPFL table, in 17th position.
