NPFL:Sikiru Alimi’s Lone Strike Sends Remo Stars To The Top Of The Log

Remo Stars are back to the summit of the Nigeria Premier Football League after a 1-0 win against Plateau United in Ikenne.

 

 

Sikiru Alimi’s 61st-minute strike separated both teams on the night.

 

The Sky Blue Stars top the log with 22 points from 11 games.

 

 

At the Lekan Salami Stadium in Adamasingba, Ibadan, Shooting Stars were held to a 0-0 draw by Heartland.

 

It was Heartland’s first point under new head coach Kennedy Boboye.

 

Sporting Lagos ended a three-game winless streak courtesy of a 1-0 victory over Katsina United.

 

 

Clement Naantaum netted the winning goal in the 11th minute.
