Opponents hardly settled before ambitious Omoluabi Giants went upfront following an aerial loop which is well delivered by stand in captain Odudu Francis and well connected by Ismail Ayodele with a well planted header, sending the home fans into frenzy. Four minutes later, he grabbed his brace. More chances fluffed upfront as Warri Wolves tried to reduce the deficit but all to no avail just before the break.
