DFA League: Sam Sodje Hails DFA And Participating Team.

Retired Nigeria Super Eagles and current board member of the Delta State Football Association, DFA, Sam Sodje has hailed the Ken Nwaomucha led board for a modest and successful hosting of the DFA league even without an official sponsor.
The former Leeds United strongman said is not an easy task to run a competition especially at this period when the economy is tough talkless of increasing the prize money.
He commended the fatherly initiative of the Delta state FA Chairman, Kenneth Nwaomucha for increasing the prize money from 1.8 million to 2 million naira stretched to the fourth position.
Sodje urged all finalist to continue to display a good sportsmanship as there will be other individual award in the final.
Ndame Academy will lay laytackle against Mighty Wonderers by 12 noon and Great Avengers will take on PF Academy by 3pm on Thursday 16th November at the Kwale Township stadium.
