2026 WCQ: Lookman, Ajayi, Aina, Osayi-Samuel Arrive Super Eagles’ Camp

The quartet of Ademola Lookman, Semi Ajayi, Ola Aina and Bright Osayi-Samuel have arrived Uyo for Nigeria’s 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
The four players arrived the Victor Attah International Airport, Uyo on Tuesday morning.
They were received by officials of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
The players then made the trip by road to the team’s Four Points Hotel base in Ikot Ekpene.
Their arrivals increased the number of players in camp to 10.
Defenders Kenneth Omeruo and Jamilu Collins as well as Umar Sadiq were the early arrivals in camp on Monday.
The trio were later joined in camp by Francis Uzoho, Kelechi Iheanacho and Ojo Olorunleke.
More players are still being expected in camp.
Jose Peseiro’s side will hold their first training session later tonight at the practice pitch of the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.
The Super Eagles will entertain the Likuena at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on Thursday.
