Osun Sports Commission Establishment Committee Submits Report, Thanks State Government for the Opportunity to Serve

The committee saddled with the responsibility of establishment Osun State Sports Commission have turned in their reports to the State Government after weeks rigorous work.
The nine-man Committee headed by Chief Tunde Popoola were received at the Governor’s office by the Deputy Governor who also doubles as the Commissioner for Sports, Prince Kola Adewusi.
Prince Kola Adewusi, while speaking on behalf of the state government thanked the committee members for making themselves available to serve the state adding that he believed that they have done a wonderful job.
” I want to on behalf of the state government thank you, the committee members ranging from the Chairman, Chief Tunde Popoola, the secretary, Mr Ademola Daini, Dr Felix Owolabi, Mr Tunde Kazeem, Pastor Tunji Adeyemi, Chief Rasak Mustapha, Mrs Tola Usman and Mr Joseph Atewe for a job well done.”
” When this Committee was Inaugurated some weeks back, I have the believe that with your prowess in sports, we would have a wonderful report for the establishment of Osun State Sports Commission and you didn’t disappoint us by coming up with this wonderful piece.”
” I want to assure you that we would look into your report and see how fast we can establish our own sports commission so as to be in line with the best sports practices.”
” I want to say thank you to you all for devoting your time to serve the state. God Almighty will continue to be with you all.” Concluded Prince Adewusi.
In his own remarks, the Chairman of the committee, Chief Tunde Popoola said that the state is on the right track for sports development while thanking the state government for the opportunity to serve.
” We are so happy to turn in our report today after working for some weeks. It’s an honor for us all to be counted worthy by state government for this assignment.”
” I want to say without mincing words that the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke is a sports loving government. Hence, the creation of Osun State Sports Commission. With your Excellency, Prince Kola Adewusi at the helm of affairs of Osun Sports, Osun State with soon be a trailblazer in sports.” Concluded Chief Popoola.
Also present to receive the committee in company of the Deputy Governor were the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Sports, Mr Segun Olawuni and the Director of Sports, Mr Layi Adesiyan.
