Pedro Chirivella, Marcus Coco and Florent Mollet are the other players nominated for this award.
Supporters have until Thursday to cast their votes.
Simon has registered the highest number of assists in the French top flight this season.
The 28-year-old has been a key figure at Nantes since his arrival at the club in 2019.
