Akor, 23, scored twice today for Montpellier to beat Toulouse 3-0 and climb to 10th position on the Ligue 1 table.
He opened scoring for the home team on 13 minutes, when he controlled a long, searching ball from the midfield before he shot home.
He got his brace in the 72nd minute, when he reacted faster than to marker to slot beyond the goalkeeper.
He is now the second leading scorer in Ligue 1, only a goal shy of Kylian Mbappe.
Akor has already banged 15 goals in Norway this season before his summer transfer to France.
