Golden Eaglets defeated Prime Eagles Football Academy 1-0 in a friendly game played on Wednesday morning at the FIFA Goal Project in Abuja.
Prime Eagles Football Academy from Kano State were very compact, defended very well, as they soaked pressure from the Eaglets from the blast of the whistle, but their most illustrious opponents were able to score a goal before the end of first half.
Eaglets bombarded the defence of Prime Eagles FA for more goals to no avail as the Kano based team was resolute in giving the Eaglets a very tough game devoid of basket of goals.
It was indeed a very good test game for the Eaglets as football loving Nigerians continue to do count down to the WAFU B U-17 tournament that will begin on the 15th of this month.
