Deputy President of All Sports Supporters’ Club, Alhaji Musiliu Jimoh Alao, Celebrates Anthony Adeyinka Zulu At 60

The Deputy President of the All Sports Supporters Club of Nigeria, Alhaji Musiliu Jimoh Alao, has extended warm congratulations to Anthony Adeyinka Zulu, the Senior Special Adviser on Grassroots Sports Development to the President of the Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
Anthony Adeyinka Zulu, fondly known in sporting circles as “Baba Ewe,” is also the President of Smart City Football Club, a club widely recognized for its commitment to youth development and grassroots football promotion.
In a congratulatory message released on Wednesday, Alhaji Alao described Zulu as a visionary sports administrator, mentor, and passionate advocate for grassroots sports development, whose dedication has helped nurture young talents across the country.
According to Alao, Zulu’s unwavering commitment to discovering and developing football talents at the grassroots level has contributed immensely to the growth of the game and the empowerment of young athletes.
“On behalf of myself and members of the All Sports Supporters’ Club, I warmly felicitate with our dear brother and friend, Anthony Adeyinka Zulu, popularly known as Baba Ewe, as he celebrates his 60th birthday. This milestone is not only a celebration of age but also a celebration of a life devoted to sports development and youth empowerment,” Alao stated.
He further noted that Zulu’s roles both as the Senior Special Adviser on Grassroots Sports Development and as the President of Smart City FC demonstrate his deep passion for sports administration and youth mentorship.
Alao praised the celebrant for his continuous efforts in creating opportunities for aspiring footballers and for supporting initiatives that promote sports at the community level.
He emphasized that Zulu’s work aligns with the broader vision of strengthening grassroots sports structures across Nigeria.
