Czech First Division side FC Viktoria Plzen have officially announced the signing of Nigerian striker Salim Fago Lawal from Croatian club NK Istra.
The 23-year-old forward has completed a move to the West Bohemian outfit after agreeing to a three-and-a-half-year contract, marking a significant step forward in his European career.
Lawal arrives in the Czech Republic following an impressive spell with NK Istra, where he showcased his attacking qualities by scoring 15 goals and providing two assists across all competitions.
His performances in Croatia attracted interest, with Viktoria Plzen moving decisively to secure his services.
Both clubs have opted not to disclose the financial details of the transfer.
