Aiyedatiwa, Others To Grace O’Datiwa U-17 Competition Final Monday

Ondo State Governor, Dr Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa among other dignatories would on Monday grace the finals of the maiden edition of O’Datiwa Under-17 Football Competition.
The finals will hold at the Ondo State Sports Complex, popularly known as Akure Township Stadium.
The competition had brought together some of the most promising young football talents from across Ondo State in the last few months
According to the Commissioner for Sports and Youth development, Hon. Henry Omoyofunmi, the grassroots tournament, which featured teams from all 18 local government areas of the state, is aimed at discovering and nurturing young footballers while promoting unity and sports development at the community level.
The third place match will kick start the event the day, by at 8:00 a.m. as Afolabi Iyantan FC battle Ondo East Young Stars for a place on the podium.
The championship final match will kick off by 10 a.m.with Ore Bombers locking horns with Rolawe FC in what promises to be an exciting encounter between two well-drilled sides that impressed throughout the competition.
