‎The Deputy National President of the All Sports Supporters Club of Nigeria (ASSCN), Alhaji Musiliu Jimoh Alao, has arrived in Fes, Morocco, to lend his voice and presence in support of the Super Eagles as preparations intensify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

‎Alhaji Alao touched down in Morocco in the early hours of Friday morning, accompanied by a contingent of passionate supporters club members, all united by a common goal to cheer, motivate and stand firmly behind Nigeria’s senior national team as they chase continental glory.

‎Speaking shortly after his arrival, the supporters club leader expressed strong confidence in the Super Eagles’ ability to go all the way at the tournament.

‎According to him, the Nigerian team possesses the quality, experience and mental strength required to compete with and defeat any opponent in Morocco.

‎ “The Super Eagles are one of the teams to beat at this AFCON,” Alhaji Alao stated. “They have shown their fighting spirit time and again, and I believe this team is fully capable of lifting the trophy.”

‎Nigeria heads into AFCON 2025 with renewed determination, having finished runners-up at the last edition of the tournament.

‎ The Super Eagles narrowly missed out on the title after a hard-fought final defeat to hosts Côte d’Ivoire, a result that still fuels their hunger for redemption.

‎With a blend of experienced internationals and exciting young talents, expectations are high that the Eagles can build on their previous success and make a strong statement in Morocco.

‎The Super Eagles will begin their AFCON 2025 campaign on Tuesday, when they take on Tanzania in their opening Group fixture.

‎They will subsequently face Tunisia and Uganda in the remaining group matches as they push for qualification into the knockout stages.

‎The presence of Alhaji Musiliu Jimoh Alao and the All Sports Supporters Club in Morocco is expected to further boost team morale, reinforcing the belief that the Nigerian fans remain firmly behind the team both at home and abroad.
