‎Nigeria’s Super Eagles have made an impressive leap in the latest FIFA men’s world ranking, climbing four places to 41st position globally.

‎The latest standings, released by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) on Friday, reflect Nigeria’s strong recent performances under coach Eric Chelle, following back-to-back victories against Lesotho’s Crocodiles and Benin Republic’s Squirrels in their recent fixtures.

‎This progress also sees the three-time African champions break into the top five on the continent, sitting behind Morocco, Senegal, Egypt, and Algeria.

‎The improved ranking highlights Nigeria’s growing form and consistency as they continue preparations for upcoming international competitions.

‎On the global stage, Spain retain their place at the top of the ranking, while Argentina climb to second. France, England, and Portugal round out the world’s top five teams.
