Over 400 Players Storm Ijebu-Ode As Moyero FC International Scouting Tournament Kicks Off

‎26  Academy Football teams from different parts of the country are presently in Ijebu Ode in Ogun State to try out  their lucks as the Moyero Football Scouting Tournament takes the centre stage.

Following the successful registration and screening exercise of participating teams which  lasted for almost a month the tournament  eventually kicked -off with lots of excitements and optimism among the players no thanks to the presence of foreign scouts.

‎The Tournament which is expected to last for three days will give the players the opportunity to impress and secure a lucrative future in football as the Scouts will be on the lookout for the best talents on the display.

According to the President of Moyero Football Organization Mr Lanre Moyero said the tournament which is another one in the series was actually organized based on the demand of his foreign partners as they seek talents for different clubsides overseas.

” This is one of our  agreements with all our partners to create a window whereby talented players will be discovered”

‎Moyero expressed his delight over the number of players who are participating in this   edition of the Scouting Tournament saying it shows there’s a bright future for Nigerian Football.

The Scouts invited from Belgium,France and Cote D’Ivoire are expected to announce successful players on the final day of the tournament.
