Tubaba Football Academy CEO Celebrates Coach Dimeji Abimbola’s Landmark Training Achievement in Germany

‎The Chief Executive Officer of Tubaba Football Scouting Academy Network Nigeria, Mr. Oluwatope Ayokunle, has congratulated Coach Abimbola Dimeji for successfully completing an intensive Football Management and Match Preparation Analysis Course in Germany.

‎Coach Dimeji earned his certificate after undergoing a rigorous training programme at Sportverein 19 Straeien E.V., where he further strengthened his technical and analytical skills in football management.

‎Speaking with journalists in Lagos, Mr. Ayokunle commended Coach Dimeji for taking what he described as “a bold and right step in the right direction,” emphasizing that knowledge is power and continuous learning remains vital in modern football.

‎Mr. Ayokunle also announced that Tubaba Football Scouting Academy Network will be hosting an International Scouting Cup in honour of Coach Dimeji Abimbola. The event, scheduled for December 2025, is expected to be one of the biggest scouting programmes in Ondo State.

‎Coach Dimeji, who has been a key figure in grassroots football development, previously facilitated the movement of talented players such as Francis Ogette from Respihre FC, Epe — marking a historic milestone in Ondo football.

‎As the Head of Academy at Inspire SA and a FIFA-licensed agent, Coach Dimeji has played an instrumental role in developing and promoting players like Victor Boniface, Peter Ademo, Falana James, and Samuel Dayo, all from Royal Godwin SA, as well as Banjo Ogunti from Akure City.

‎Through his partnership with Tubaba Football Scouting Academy, Coach Dimeji has also collaborated with FIFA agent Hon. Moyero, helping to create international exposure for Ondo State players in Germany.

‎Over the years, he has produced several stars for the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) and the Nigeria National League (NNL), including:

‎Otunyiga Hakeem, former Akwa United goalkeeper, now with El-Kanemi Warriors FC

‎Biola Sabitu, former Osun United goalkeeper, currently with Remo Stars

‎Peter Adejimi, formerly of Beyond Limits, now plying his trade in Germany

‎Olabisi Moshun, currently playing in Egypt

‎Precious Olaniyo, of Tubaba FA and Beyond Limits

‎According to Mr. Ayokunle, the forthcoming Season 17 International Scouting Programme will mark a new chapter for grassroots football in Ondo State, providing young talents the opportunity to showcase their skills before top international scouts.

‎He further appreciated the developmental support and commitment of Coach Dimeji, who serves as a patron and strong pillar of Tubaba Football Scouting Academy Network Nigeria a Non-Governmental Organization that continues to produce football stars both at home and abroad.
