The home-based Super Eagles will depart for Zanzibar on Thursday to conclude their preparations for the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN).
Head coach Eric Chelle is expected to unveil his 23-man squad for the competition ahead of the trip to the East African country.
The Home Eagles began preparations for the tournament two weeks ago in Ikenne, where they have been engaged in intense training and friendly matches.
The team secured victories over Remo Stars, Ojodu City, and Ikorodu City in friendly matches as part of their build-up.
Players and officials will depart for Zanzibar via the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
The team will play their first two matches against Senegal and Sudan at the Amman Stadium, Zanzibar, and their final group game against Congo at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium, Dar es Salaam.
The Home Eagles are in Group D of the CHAN 2024 tournament, alongside defending champions Senegal, Sudan, and Congo.
The team will need to perform well in the group stage to progress to the knockout phase of the competition.
