Abuja-based Nigerian club Sporting Supreme has embarked on a European adventure, heading to Denmark and Sweden to participate in the prestigious Dana Cup and Gothia Cup.
The delegation, led by team manager Ismael Veron, was flagged off at the airport, with Emiloju Football Club chairman Alhaji Musiliu Jimoh Alao in attendance to bid them farewell.
Before heading to Denmark for the Dana Cup, the team will play some friendly games in Norway, fine-tuning their skills and building team cohesion.
This European tour promises to be an exciting and enriching experience for the young players.
The 2025 Gothia Cup will take place in Gothenburg, Sweden, from July 13-19, while the Dana Cup in Hjørring, Denmark, is scheduled for July 21-26.
Sporting Supreme is set to face tough competition, but with determination and teamwork, they aim to make a mark in these prestigious tournaments.
