Chelsea Agrees Deal To Sign Jamie Gittens From Borussia Dortmund

Chelsea has finally reached an agreement to sign 20-year-old winger Jamie Gittens from Borussia Dortmund.
The deal comes after both clubs were in negotiations while participating in the 2025 Club World Cup in the United States.
Gittens will join Chelsea on a long-term deal, bringing an end to speculation about his future. Earlier this month, Dortmund rejected a £42m offer from Chelsea, and the deal wasn’t finalized before the transfer window closed on June 10.
The talented winger has impressive stats, scoring 12 goals and providing five assists in 48 games last season. Interestingly, Gittens was previously a youth player at Chelsea before joining Manchester City.
Chelsea’s persistence paid off, beating off competition from Bayern Munich to secure Gittens’ signature.
The Blues are expected to strengthen their squad with Gittens’ addition.
