Trabzonspor President Slams Southampton’s ‘Unrealistic’ Onuachu Asking Price

Trabzonspor president Ertuğrul Doğan has expressed frustration over Southampton’s negotiating tactics in the potential permanent signing of Paul Onuachu.
Doğan stated that Southampton has “endless demands” and is constantly changing their expectations.
The Trabzonspor president refused to pay the suggested €8-10 million transfer fee, citing that it’s beyond their budget.
Trabzonspor attempted to sign Onuachu permanently last summer but refused to meet Southampton’s asking price of €15 million.
Onuachu scored 15 goals in 21 league appearances for Trabzonspor during the 2023/24 season.
