Grassroot FC this evening forced Al-ameen FC to a draw as the maiden edition of Gov Lucky Aiyedatiwa Football Fiesta commenced in Ore Odigbo local government area of Ondo state.

Al-ameen who never came for second had to thank the bar for preventing Frank Olorunwa from scoring.
The parity was late on restored by Ismail Akeem who benefited from a well-taken free-kick from teammate.
Al-ameen finished the match with 10-man after Olawale Daodu was given the marching order for the second bookable offence
Upon the blast of the final whistle by referee,both teams exchanged pleasantries signaling the spirit of sportsmanship.
The Odigbo local government delegation to the opener was led by the chairman Honourable Taiwo Adegoroye.
Others in the chairman’s entourage include the secretary of the local government, chief of staff to the chairman and APC chairman in Odigbo local government.
