It was carnival like yesterday as organizers of the maiden edition of regional football league unveiled the trophy for the football fiesta.
The chief organizer of the league Banjo Adepoju said the league is geared to encouraging young footballers to achieve their.
He said scouts from Turkey and Finland will be on ground to monitor the Super 8.
He appealed to all the participating teams to be of good conduct and exhibit the spirit of sportsmanship before, during and after the tournament.
On his part,the FA chairman of Ondo state Otunba Dele Ajayi lauded the initiative.
He unveiled the trophy with #100,000.
Equally,Prince Dapo Ajibade commended the initiators and organizers of the league.
He promised to sponsor the two best players from the league to trials in Portugal.
Some dignitaries who attended the unveiling are ex-sunshine stars captain Abe Sunday,Irele local government football council chairman Henry Akingboju,Idanre local government football council chairman Tokunbo Akinyelure,Dr Abass Salarudeen.
Others are chairperson of Ondo state referee association Bola Sekiteri represented by Mr Akin,Mr Henry Ogunyammodi among many others.
The highlight of the program was the league draws and football clinic.
