Benfad FC delivered a commanding performance to book their place in the final of the 2026 Bet9ja Ondo State Football League, following a resounding 4-1 victory over Ondo West FC in the semi-final clash at the Akure Sports Complex.
From the blast of the whistle, Benfad FC showed intent, composure, and attacking brilliance, overwhelming their opponents with clinical finishing and coordinated team play.
The emphatic win underlined their credentials as strong title contenders in this year’s competition.
Goals from Gideon, Happiness Oladunjoye, Emmanuel, and Omobolaji Afolabi sealed the victory in style, as Ondo West FC struggled to contain Benfad’s relentless attacking force.
The semi-final triumph was a continuation of Benfad’s impressive run, having earlier edged past Opeyemi FC of Ore 2-1 in a hard-fought quarter-final encounter.
