‎Dr. Tijjani Sabiu Backs All sports Supporters’ Club With Free Transport, Accommodation Ahead of AFCON Semi-Final

‎Dr. Mohammed Tijjani Sabiu, Vice-President of the Nigeria–Morocco and Development Forum, has continued to demonstrate strong commitment to sports diplomacy and fan welfare by extending generous support to Nigerian supporters ahead of the AFCON 2025 semi-final clash.

‎In a remarkable gesture of solidarity and patriotism, Dr. Tijjani Sabiu donated free bus transportation from Fes to Rabat for members of the All Sports Supporters’ Club of Nigeria as well as Nigerian students resident in Morocco.

‎The initiative is aimed at ensuring massive Nigerian presence and vocal support at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.

‎Beyond transportation, Dr. Tijjani Sabiu also went a step further by promising free accommodation for members of the All Sports Supporters’ Club ahead of the highly anticipated encounter between Nigeria and hosts Morocco.

‎ The gesture has been widely praised as a boost to morale for Nigerian fans traveling across cities to support the Super Eagles.

‎Reacting to the development, the Deputy National President of the All Sports Supporters’ Club of Nigeria, Alhaji Musiliu Jimoh Alao, expressed deep appreciation to Dr. Tijjani Sabiu for the kind intervention.

‎ He described the gesture as timely, thoughtful, and patriotic, noting that such support significantly reduces the burden on supporters and encourages stronger fan turnout.

‎Alhaji Alao commended Dr. Tijjani Sabiu for standing with Nigerian sports supporters on an international stage, adding that the donation reflects true love for the country and the Super Eagles.

‎He further assured that the supporters’ club would reciprocate the goodwill with maximum support, passion, and positive energy from the stands in Rabat.

‎The much-anticipated AFCON 2025 semi-final showdown between Nigeria and host nation Morocco is scheduled to kick off at 9:00 pm Nigerian time on Wednesday, with both sides battling for a place in the final.

‎With the Super Eagles set to enjoy strong backing from Nigerian supporters, hopes are high for a memorable night in Rabat.
