Asisat Oshoala Makes Historic Move To Al-Hilal ‎

‎Nigerian football sensation Asisat Oshoala has sealed a two-year deal with Saudi Women’s Premier League side Al-Hilal, marking a new chapter in her illustrious career.

‎The 30-year-old Super Falcons striker joins Al-Hilal from Bay FC, a National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) club, where she scored seven goals in 38 appearances.

‎Before joining Bay FC in February 2024, Oshoala played for Barcelona Ladies, where she won numerous titles, including five Liga F titles and two UEFA Women’s Champions League trophies.

‎Her impressive performance at Barcelona earned her multiple Ballon d’Or nominations. Oshoala’s career has also taken her to top clubs in England, China, and Nigeria, showcasing her versatility and skill.

‎Oshoala’s arrival at Al-Hilal is expected to strengthen the team’s attacking options, bolstering their title ambitions.

‎ She joins fellow Super Falcons teammates Francisca Ordega and Ashleigh Plumptre, who play for Al-Ittihad, further solidifying Nigeria’s presence in Saudi women’s football.
