NPFL: Chidiebere Nwobodo Returns To Rangers Ahead Of 2025/2026 Season

The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side, Rangers International FC, has announced the return of experienced midfielder Chidiebere Nwobodo ahead of the 2025-26 season.
Nwobodo, who previously played for Rangers during the 2023-24 NPFL season, has signed a two-year contract with the Flying Antelopes.
Nwobodo joins Rangers from Rwandan club APR FC in Kigali, where he had been playing since leaving the NPFL.
During his time in the NPFL, Nwobodo made 102 appearances and scored 16 goals. He was also part of the Rangers team that won the NPFL title two seasons ago.
With his return to Rangers, Nwobodo is expected to bring his wealth of experience and skill to the team.
Coach Fidelis Ilechukwu’s side will be looking to build on their previous successes with Nwobodo’s help.
