‎Warri Wolves and Kun Khalifat have confirmed their places in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) for the next season.

‎The two clubs emerged victorious in their final group games in the Nigeria National League (NNL) promotion playoffs.

‎Warri Wolves defeated Crown FC 2-1 to secure the top spot in Conference B. Abdulateef Yusuf gave the Seasiders the lead nine minutes before the break, scoring in the 36th minute.

‎Crown FC equalized in the 38th minute, but Shemaye Amatesiro’s goal in the 68th minute sealed the win for Wolves.

‎Kun Khalifat earned a hard-fought 2-1 win over Osun United, securing their first-ever promotion to the NPFL. This achievement marks a significant milestone for the club, and they will make their NPFL debut next season.

‎Earlier in the day, Wikki Tourists and Barau FC secured promotion from Conference A, joining Warri Wolves and Kun Khalifat in the NPFL next season.

‎The four teams will compete in the top-flight league, showcasing their skills and talents against the best teams in Nigeria.
