Flying Eagles Set For Inaugural WAFU B U-20 Cup Of Nations

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria will participate in the maiden edition of the WAFU B U-20 Cup of Nations, scheduled to take place in Accra, Ghana, from July 10 to July 24, 2025.
All matches will be played in Accra, Ghana’s capital city.
The tournament was initially set for June 15-30 but was postponed to ensure optimal conditions.
The Flying Eagles will use the competition to prepare for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile.
The team finished third in the competition held in Egypt in March.
Nigeria will compete against Cote d’Ivoire, Niger, Burkina Faso, Togo, and Benin.
