NNL Hails High Standard of Regular Season

The Chairman of the Nigerian National League Board, Mr. George Aluo, has commended the standard of play in the just-concluded 2024/2025 regular season.
Aluo praised the standard of play, officiating, and fan conduct across all venues.
He commended the maturity of players, coaches, and fans for raising the bar of the second-tier league.
Aluo noted that the league is making steady progress, with teams winning away and losing teams accepting defeat without skirmishes.
Eight teams have qualified for the Super 8 playoff: Osun United, Crown FC, Kun Khalifa FC, Warri Wolves, Barau FC, Doma FC, Yobe Desert Stars, and Wikki Tourists.
The exact date and venue for the Super 8 playoff will be announced next week.
The qualified teams will be given a short break before resuming action in the Super 8 playoff.
