The Super Falcons have retained their 36th position in the latest FIFA Women’s World Ranking, released on Thursday.
They remain Africa’s top-ranked team.
United State of America leads the ranking
While Spain and Germany close in on the top spot
England, Sweden, Japan, and Canada also feature in the top rankings
The Super Falcons recently defeated Cameroon 2-0 in an international friendly and will face Portugal on June 23.
These friendlies are part of preparations for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
The Falcons are grouped with Tunisia, Algeria, and Botswana.
