Chairman’s Cup Gets Green Light As Akoko North West Football Council Meets LG Boss

The executives of Akoko North West Football council on tuesday led by its chairman coach Aarinola Sina paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Esan Owolabi, the Executive Chairman of Akoko North West Local Government.
The meeting was to familiarize with the leadership of Akoko North West
Coach Aarinola Sina who assumed office in march as the new football boss in the council area furnished the chairman with his visions for football development in Akoko North West.
Coach Aarinola requested an office space within the local government for FA’s operations.
He also furnished the chairman with his plans for 2025/2026 football season, including the Local Government Chairman’s Cup, Akoko North West Oba’s Cup, and Akoko Unity Cup.
Responding,hon Esan Owolabi congratulated coach Aarinola Sina and his team for successfully emerging at the last FA election.
He promised to consider providing an office space for the Association.
He equally accepted the proposal for the sponsorship of local government Chairman’s Cup.
He further expressed his willingness to support the Association’s activities.
The elated chairman of Akoko North West football council Aarinola Sina appreciated the the council boss for accepting to sponsor chairman’s cup.
He said the chairman’s cup will curb youthful restivesness and engage more jobless individuals
