NNL Monthly Awards for April/May Set for June 18 in Abuja

The Nigeria National League (NNL), in collaboration with Prostar Sports and Sportlight Hub, has announced that the combined April/May 2025 Monthly Awards will be held on Wednesday, June 18 at West Point Hotel, Wuse Zone 7, Abuja, starting at 11:00 a.m.
The event will recognize top performers in Nigeria’s second-tier league, celebrating excellence, discipline, and talent development.
Award Winners:
Top Scorer: Gukut M. Chindi (Edel FC)
Best Goalkeeper: Efevwerha Joke (Warri Wolves FC)
Best Coach: Napoleon Aluma (Warri Wolves FC)
Best Behaved Team: Sokoto United FC
MVP: Valentine Ugwu (Solution FC)
Goal of the Month: Shamasu Mohammed (Barau FC)
Warri Wolves claimed double honours, with Coach Napoleon Aluma and goalkeeper Efevwerha Joke both receiving individual awards.
The ceremony will host key football stakeholders, further promoting professionalism and recognition within the league.
