NPFL Referees To Anchor Nigeria National League Last Three Matches

The Nigeria Football Federation Referees Development Committee, in charge of appointment of referees for National Matches in the country has drafted in referees of the Elite cadre for the last three games of the Nigeria National League, NNL.

According to match appointment from the committee in the hands of Nigeria Whistlers, this weekend’s encounters in the Southern conference have referees of the premier cadre. Though, no reason has been offered by the NFF Referees Committee for the development, but Nigeria Whistlers gathered it is in line with previous practices when the matches of the lower division gets to crucial stages especially during suspicion of photo-finish situation over Super Eight tickets and relegation struggles. Similar practice was observed during the last game of the Northern zone which ended a fortnight ago. Courtesy of Nigeria Whistlers see the weekend appointments;
