NNL25: Barau FC Adopts Sani Abacha Stadium for Match Against Zamfara United

Barau Football Club has adopted the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kofar Mata, as its home ground for the 2024/25 Nigerian National League (NNL) Matchday 9 fixture only.
In a statement issued by the club’s media officer, Ahmad Hamisu Gwale, the decision was made due to the upcoming Sallah festival celebrations this year.
The Maliya Boys’ original home ground, Dambatta Stadium, will remain their primary venue for the season, except for Matchday 9.
The Matchday 9 encounter between Barau FC and Zamfara United is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at the Sani Abacha Stadium, Kofar Mata by 3:00PM.
Barau FC will face Zamfara United in their first game of the second stanza of the 2024/25 NNL season.
